Ok, we ended up in the Commerce lot (as we had friends in tow and lots of little kids prone to wandering off) and were pleased with the view for the most part. There were lotsa low-lying works we just didn't see at all, but I'd say we saw about 80% of the flyers...and that was good enough for the kiddos. 45 solid minutes!

I AM gonna chop down two of them damn trees for next year tho. Mark my words. they just keep getting bigger and bigger. The 10 dollar fee is still a bargain for the beach, definitely. Webster got my money anyway in th eform of cheezy glo stick nonsense, hahaha.

I've done the on-the-water Webster fireworks, and it is indeed awesome. You should definitely do it!
