So just how many BYOB places are there in Worcester?  Feels like an important list to develop.

The License Commission has scheduled a "Discussion relative to regulating BYOB establishments"
as part of their April 12th meeting (10a.m @  City Council Chambers)

Why is this coming up?   Something happen?

Is Worcester about to go backwards, or is this a potential good thing?
