Stone Soup is planning a Brainshare

Thought I would share this email with you all.

Can you cook? Make jewelry? Fix cars? Climb mountains? Would you like to pass this valuable information to others? Well, Stone Soup is planning a Brainshare, and we would love for you to teach a class!
The idea of the Brainshare is that you would volunteer your time and knowledge, at your convenience, to teach interested students a skill of your choice. We are thinking to charge $2 to $15 sliding scale, per class, with nobody being turned away for insufficient funds. So long as there are no material fees at your expense, we would appreciate the money going toward Stone Soup’s various expenses



If you are interested in teaching a class, please get back to me as soon as you can with the following information:
+ Your name and contact information (your contact information will be released to potential students along with the information about your class. Interested students will contact you directly and, based around your schedules and the preexisting schedule of Stone Soup, you and your students will coordinate a good time for your class/es)
+ A short blurb about your class (what you will teach, how many classes, how the classes may be set up)
+ Who you would like to teach (specific age groups, any prerequisites required)
+ When you would like to hold classes (I will get back to you about which of your choice days is also good for Stone Soup, and then you can coordinate your classes!)
 
Once we get your information, we will piece together a course catalog that details each class for interested students to look through. When that is finished, and as students sign up, you can coordinate your class!
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel welcome asking. Also, if you know of anybody else who would be interested in teaching a class or a series of classes, please ask them to e-mail me with the same information.
